After reviewing the Master Schedule Matrix of classes that the ADE DLC will offer for the 2012 - 2013 academic year, complete this Schedule Request Form and submit it beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, April 2, 2012. If you would like to test completing and submitting the Schedule Request Form prior to April 2, 2012, please contact the ADE DLC so we may work with you in using the form. You may call 501.803.5400. After Friday, March 30, 2012, the ADE DLC will not accept submitted Schedule Request Forms before 8:00 a.m. on Monday, April 2, 2012. All classes are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
