In the column to the left are documents to help you get started and stay organized.

  • Fax me your contact information sheet.

  • Absent check form- fax every Monday

  • Project check form- mail along with projects to let me know that a students has not turned in the assignment.

  • Checklist for you to make sure you have all your equipment.
